Our January 14, 2024 Ballroom Dance 

Our January ballroom dance will take place in the historic Spanish Ballroom on Sunday afternoon January 14, 2024. Music will be provided by Some Assembly in their quartet ensemble. Some Assembly has had numerous successful performances at Glen Echo Park over the years.  Some Assembly will be playing a selection of ballroom music including Slow Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Swing and more. A large part of ballroom dance fun is having the opportunity to practice a variety of dances to live music. So please join us. There will be a beginner lesson starting at 2:45 pm. Live music then begins at 3:30 and goes to 6:00 pm. There will be a mixer or two, a showcase and a line dance during the event. Admission is $15 at the door(Cash /Check/Zelle/Venmo/Credit Card) or $5 for full-time students (Cash only)... Many singles attend Ballroom Time events. Everyone is invited.  Children under 18 should be accompanied by an adult.
