NOTICE: In July and August Ballroom Time moves to the cozy, air-conditioned Ballroom Backroom for five SPECIAL dance events featuring expanded beginner lessons.  Admission is $20 at the door in harmony with other dances held in the Backroom. Our July 28, 2024 Ballroom Dance

Please join us for a SPECIAL Mike's Ballroom Backroom Blast event. A blast of cool music will be provided by Mike Surratt performing solo just like in the old days! He'll be playing a selection of Waltzes, Tangos, Foxtrots, Mambos, Sambas,Merengues and more. A beginner lesson starts at 2:00 pm with a focus on slow waltz and American style rumba.  Live music then begins at 3:00 and goes to 5:30 pm. During the afternoon there will be a mixer, a dance demonstration, and a line dance. Birthday Party.  Admission is $20 at the door (Cash /Check/Zelle/Credit Card).Students and active-duty military pay $10.Many singles attend Ballroom Time events. Our July 14, 2024 Ballroom Dance 

Wear your blue-white-red colors and join us for a SPECIAL Bastille Day celebration in the Backroom. Vive la France! Music will be provided by the  Djangolaya Trio featuring French vocals by Jeanine Greene. The Trio will play a selection of ballroom music covering Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Swing and more.  A large part of ballroom dance fun is having the opportunity to practice a variety of dances to live music. A beginner lesson in ballroom basics with a focus on slow waltz and American style rumba starts at 2:00 pm. Live music begins at 3:00 and goes to 5:30 pm. There will be a mixer, a samba line dance, and a dance demonstration during the afternoon.  Prizes will be given.  Admission is $20 at the door (Cash /Check/Zelle/Credit Card). Students and active-duty military pay $10.
