Our March 10, 2024 Dance 

Our March ballroom dance will take place in the historic Spanish Ballroom on Sunday afternoon March 10, 2024. Music will be provided by Mike Surratt in his Trio ensemble. Mike performed regularly in the Spanish Ballroom prior to the Covid pandemic, and Mike and his musicians made a very successful come back appearance for Ballroom Time's inaugural event on May 28, 2023.  Over 180 dancers were present that day, a testament to Mike's enduring popularity.  The Mike Surratt Trio will be playing a selection of ballroom music including Slow Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Samba, Mambo, Swing and more. A large part of the fun is having the opportunity to practice a variety of dances to live music. So please join us. There will be a beginner lesson at 2:45 pm. Live music then begins at 3:30 and goes to 6:00 pm.  During the afternoon there will be a mixer or two, a special waltz showcase by rising amateur stars Chris and Léa, and a line dance.  Please be sure to visit our Facebook page for photos and videos of previous Ballroom Time performances by Mike - a link is on our home page!

Admission is $15 at the door (Cash /Check/Zelle/Credit Card) or $5 for full-time students (Cash only).  Many singles attend Ballroom Time events. Everyone is invited to dance and to enjoy Mike's wonderful music.

March 16

Saturday afternoon ABC's of Ballroom Dancing: 1-Day Workshop from 2:00 to 4:30 pm also in the Spanish Ballroom.
