Our Next Ballroom Dance 

Our October ballroom dance will take place in the historic Spanish Ballroom on Sunday afternoon October 8, 2023. Music will be provided by Mike Surratt in his duo ensemble. Mike performed regularly in the Spanish Ballroom prior to the Covid pandemic, and Mike and his musicians made a very successful come back appearance for our May 28 event. The duo will be playing a selection of ballroom music including Slow Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Samba, Mambo, Swing and more. A large part of the fun is having the opportunity to practice a variety of dances to live music. So please join us. There will be a beginner lesson in rumba and slow waltz at 2:30 pm. Live music then begins at 3:30 and goes to 6:00 pm. 

We're pleased to announce that at about 4:15 pm top amateur couple Qian and David will perform a showcase to a beautiful medley of Slow Waltz and Foxtrot music.  This will be followed by a circle mixer for all to participate.  There will also be a line dance during the event.

Admission is $15 at the door (Cash /Check/Zelle/Credit Card) or $5 for full-time students (Cash only). No partner is required to attend Ballroom Time events. All are invited to dance and to enjoy the beautiful music.
